ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Rosie.

Therapy with me is about feeling heard and seen. We all have unique experiences, which make us individual and who we are. I will not judge you, your story, or your feelings. I will not pretend to be an expert on you or tell you what to do.
What I will do is try to understand your feelings and your story as much as possible, and work with you to find happiness and change.

My work as a counsellor has involved working with a wide range of teenage and adult clients with a diverse mix of difficulties. My experience includes working with low cost organisations providing open ended and long term counselling to adults. I have worked for the NHS talking therapy service (IAPT), providing short term one to one therapy. I also currently volunteer for Place2Be, providing counselling to children in a London school.

I have spent several years working abroad with charities in South Africa, Madagascar, and in Europe. I feel lucky to have had these experiences, and I know it has made an impact on myself as a therapist and my appreciation for the complexity, diversity and individuality of all human experience.
